According to different requirement of Nylon toothbrush fiber quality, we make different machine line design for our customers. We design speical heating oven for the machine line which can keep good elasticity of the toothbrush fiber. The PBT toothbrush fiber is with strong alkali resistance, strong acid resistance, better abrasion resistance and resilience, low moisture absorption, and strong resilience. It is widely used for toothbrush products.

Electric system: Main motor is SHANGHAI ZHONGTIAN and inverter is ABB; AC contactor and thermal overload relay are authentic SIEMENS; Temperature controller and travel switch are Japan OMRON.
