when our clients come for inspection successfully.

For each plastic filament machine line, we test complete line before delivery to assure it will run well in our clients’ factory. We invite our clients to come or show them by video call. Thus, they will know well how the machine line works and whether it is qualified. After inspection, client is very satified with our machine quality and the filament quality.

It is easy to buy plastic filament extruding machine, but after-sales service is very important. After purchasing the filament extruding machine line, many customers will call back and ask us some questions about the operation of the filament making machine. The following are the precautions for the operation of the plastic filament making machine.

1. The installation and placement of plastic filament extruding machine equipment must have a solid and flat place to avoid vibration and displacement due to horizontal problems during the operation of the equipment.

2. After the installation is complete, be sure to check the starting equipment to see if each component is operating normally (the bumping site during transportation, and the damaged parts)

3. Read the manual carefully, and start the formal production after proficient operation, so as to avoid frequent suspension and restart of the equipment due to unskilled use.

4. The equipment must be preheated for 2-5 minutes before using it every day.

5. During the process of using the wire drawing machine, the operator is not allowed to leave the job at will to avoid accidents.

6. The wire drawing machine should be cleaned and maintained regularly, which can not only reduce faulty products, but also prolong the service life of the machine.
