On Mar.06th,2021, we arranged shipment for our Morocco clients of one complete PET broom/brush filament production line. This is the first shipment after our new year holiday.
This is a complete PET broom/brush filament production line, which is customized according to clients’ requirments. PET broom/brush filament making machine can be used to produce round monofilament with 100% recycled PET bottle flakes. The filament is used to make different kinds plastic brooms, brushes with multifuction. PET broom filament making machine is also named as PET broom fiber making machine, PET broom bristle extruding line, PET filament machine for plastic broom etc. The machine line designed by our company can produce different diameter broom filament according to your actual needs. Meanwhile, the filament could be straight, crimped, solid, hollow, flaggable, non-flaggable with our mature technology support.
Because of its good properties, good folding resistance and hygienic and safe, low production cost of 100% PET recycled raw material, PET filament has widely usage to be processed into different kinds cleaning brooms and brushes. During Covid-2019 period, although our clients can not come and inspect the test of machine line, we showed live video from very beginning to the end of the machine line debugging. Customer was very satisfied with the debugging and confirmed delivery. We promise our clients that we will give instruction of machine line installation, operation by online video to make him rest assured. Due to Covid, our engineers are not allowed to go to visit client. Hope this situation will improve along with the vacinne acceptance of Covid.
