China’s Ethiopian Midi Highway Project was completed and accepted. On November 2, local time, the 75.6 kilometers from K16 to K91.6 of the Mizan-Dima highway project in Ethiopia, which was constructed by a Chinese enterprise, passed the acceptance inspection.
The project is 91.6 kilometers in length and is constructed by China Seventeen Metallurgical Group. It is a transportation route from Djibouti to southern Sudan via Ethiopia. It bears the burden of the economic corridor along the route. After the completion of the project, it will promote the economic development of relevant regions and strengthen social connections, and improve the route along the route.
