During Mid-autumn festival holiday and National Day holiday of China from Sep.29th to Oct.06th, 2023, we tested two machine lines of synthetic hair fiber production for our African clients before delivery.
The process of debugging the hair filament extruding machine can be divided into the following steps:
Check machine connections: Make sure all parts and accessories of the wire drawing machine are connected correctly and the screws and nuts are tightened.
Power connection and electrical system debugging: Connect the power cord of the wire drawing machine to the power socket and check whether the wiring connection of the electrical system is correct. Make sure the wire drawing machine can start and shut down normally.
Mechanical system debugging: Check whether the mechanical parts of the wire drawing machine operate flexibly, such as bearings, chains, and gears. Adjust the position and tightness of mechanical components to ensure they work properly.
Functional test: Carry out various functional tests according to the design and specifications of the wire drawing machine. For example, test the drawing speed, drawing thickness and drawing effect of the drawing machine. Ensure that the wire drawing machine can achieve the expected working results.
Safety inspection: Check the safety equipment and protection devices of the wire drawing machine, such as emergency stop buttons, safety nets, and warning lights. Ensure that the wire drawing machine meets safety standards and requirements and can protect the safety of operators.
Debugging records and reports: Record and collect relevant data and information during the debugging process, including problems and solutions during the debugging process. Produce debugging reports for future reference and documentation.
During the entire debugging process, it is necessary to pay attention to safety, comply with operating procedures and operating instructions, and communicate and cooperate with relevant technicians and engineers. After debugging is completed, perform final inspection and cleaning of the machine, and arrange shipment for clients.
